At HLS Gadgets, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is defective

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
